We use PanTerra Streams for all of our phone needs, including auto attendant and conference call line. We also use the paperless fax feature. This product, specifically the auto attendant, allows clients to directly reach out to attorneys in the office without feeling like they are going through a gate keeper. This allows clients to feel more connected with attorneys.
  • Customer service is top notch, they are quick to respond and can help with any question you have.
  • They make it easy to add additional lines and/or change around existing lines.
  • The paperless fax option is quick and efficient.
  • The admin portal is not user friendly. It's a little clunky, hard to navigate, and is not intuitive.
PanTerra Streams works great in our growing law firm. The cost per line is significantly less than other VOIP services we have utilized in the past. Also, the customer service is second to none. Anytime I have a question or problem, I can quickly login online and just chat with customer service. Customer service always quickly and efficiently handles any issues that arise. The only negative to PanTerra Streams is that the admin portal is clunky, hard to navigate, and not intuitive (even for someone that is fairly tech savy). Nevertheless, if I run into a problem, the customer service team resolves it immediately, so the fact that the admin portal is hard to navigate is really no issue at all.

We use PanTerra's VOIP for all of our telephone communications including customer service. Their system provides us with inbound call handling through the use of schedules for open hours during business days and varying messages for times we are closed. Also nice to have the software direct call forwarding and customer and vendor messaging.

We converted from another company. PanTerra is our 4th VOIP provider. All have had positives and negatives. We like PanTerra presently as they are more reliable than some of our past providers and are significantly cheaper than all of the others we have used. Although we have had other software that is easier to use, theirs is simple enough and they help you get it all set up at the start so it is easy to maintain after that.

Panterra provides a cost effective unified communication system for small to medium size businesses. It offers all of the features you could ever hope to have at an affordable price. Panterra's support and implementation team do a great job getting their customers up an running and remain available to address any issues that arise after the sale.

With a hosted platform, features continue to be added without the need to purchase new / additional hardware. A great solution for startup businesses or established businesses looking to minizue upfront costs. With their cellular app, you're office is wherever you are. And with the ability to send text and MMS messages as well as file share from your desk, it's easy to communicate with your customers they way they want. No using personal cell phones to send / receive messages, etc.

I've been using PanTerra for several years now to manage all of our office phones through their cloud PBX system and I'm impressed with the results. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to set up and manage our phones. The cloud-based nature of the system allows us to access our phone system from anywhere, providing us with the flexibility to work from home or on the go. One of my favorite features of PanTerra is the integration with other tools such as Google G Suite and Microsoft Office 365. We were with another VOIP provider that was charging us an exorbitant amount of money for services we never used. We were so glad to find that PanTerra Streams offers packages with only the features that we need and will use for A LOT less money per month. We have had the service for approximately a year and have not had any issues at all. We are completely satisfied customers. I have recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

Used Panterra Stream for Corp office and out of state employees. It was nice to have system that employees can used the stream on their cell phone. Very seamless that when we call it shows up company number instead of cell number. Easy to add and deactive users from anywhere and can answer phone calls from remote site.

Panterra Streams is our IP phone service provider, addressing the communication needs of our team spread out across three states and several countries.

  • back-end can be complicated -- although it is powerful -- but that is mitigated by excellent customer service
If you are able to mostly rely on IP-phones, or a computer-based connection, then it will work well. If you are reliant on the mobile app working reliably and without delay, then you will encounter frustrations.

Panterra is our communication system between 2 locations and intraoffice and of course to our customers and vendors. We have 28 extensions, a paging system and a FAX machine that have all been integrated by Panterra. We are able to customize who can call internationally to control costs. Easily transfer calls between personnel and conduct conference calls.

  • If I had any complaint it might be that the admin requires some technical ability. If we don't use it regularly, we forget how to edit accounts. If it could be designed more user friendly to people that are not phone terminology savvy, it would be helpful
I spent 2 years testing various VOIP services. All of them lacked the ability to actually do what they claimed. We had many crashes, failed calls, failed features. Immediately upon testing Panterra it was a hit! They did exactly what they claimed and offered more features than the other guys. All of it's listed features work well like conference calling, call forwarding, cell phone app, up time.

We use PanTerra Streams for all our inbound and outbound calls and online meetings with video. We use the smart box feature to securely store files and allow teams to have access to information. In addition, we use the SMS features for quick conversations with clients that don't require an extended phone call.

  • Phone quality is superb.
  • Support is awesome and 24x7!
  • In my opinion, after hours support should be English-speaking and USA-based.
  • Onboarding specialists sometimes don't follow through from start to finish.
  • Billing is difficult to work with on occasions.
It's well suited in probably any environment from 5 users to 500 users. Scalability is simple and flawless. Working directly with account managers is excellent and getting discounts on hardware and term contracts is great! It's even a great service and product for when a client has 2 organizations in one office and uses one of the phones, which can accommodate 2 organizations at the same time.

We use streams interface as a tool to communicate as a team within the office and with our customers outside of the office via text. Since our customers are companies that manufacture parts they are often busy and do not have time to speak on the phone. With the world relying on text being the main form of communication now, this has made keeping in contact with our customers much easier. Making changes to our system has been a breeze as well with the admin portal being available. Customer support is hardly needed, but when we need them, they are prompt to take care of any issues via chat in the streams interface,

We use PanTerra Streams on multiple floors of our 22-story building. We needed a company to provide a system that would migrate into our everyday business, and we found it. We a very happy with the cellphone aspect. I can answer my office phone from anywhere cell service will allow. The Admin portal on the desktop makes it very easy to change certain settings when someone leaves or is hired into the company. Overall, we are very happy with the decision.

I was on vacation, multiple states away and the fact that my cellphone houses the Streams app and allows me to answer my office phone was such a big help. You can securely store files and documents as well as voicemails, call recordings, faxes, and text messages, and it is secure. in the Streams platform, you can access storage from any device, such as desktop, laptop, notebooks, and mobile. Another powerful feature that Panterra has is a team messaging tool that allows you to set up secure virtual team rooms with people within or outside our company. You can share text, pictures, videos, audio, files, and folders. You can start an audio or video conference within the team.

Over time we thought of ways to work on projects together irrespective of different locations and with the lockdown in 2020 it became somewhat inevitable. Pantera streams help us solve that as we can collaborate and work on projects in real-time irrespective of our location. Sharing files and monitoring each other progress.

As a team, we collaborate with ourselves through PanTerra Streams that we are synced and empowered in the communication with our customers. Also, we manage our call from this system that the contact with the customer is handled by this channel. This process also includes the file-sharing that the product appears to be providing this service.

Since we need high levels of abstraction between the students and the professor plus unauthorized persons, these services suit us well.

PanTerra Streams is used for being able to share collaborative documents as links, documents, files, and any multimedia to other colleagues at work. It also is to help out with audio and video related calls, and improve on the efficiency around communication. Also, syncing files and working in an admin capability on for document sync.

I would say for analytics around call volume data and different traffic analysis layers, there is a lot of business intelligence reports and analytics provided which this is done well. Also, collaboration on re-sharing and document collaboration is done effective. Less beneficial is if there needs to be on API development and automation.
